Kenzie is a Health Coach and Fitness Instructor. She has been delivering Fitness sessions for over 5 years, working with different audiences for different reasons, ranging from 6 year-olds to seniors. Her expertise lies in connecting fitness to health outcomes, and she emphasizes educating clients on this vital connection during each session. At 24/7 Fitness Clubs, Kenzie will be providing Health Coaching as 60mins one-to-one sessions and/or group sessions where applicable, either on-site at Ta’ Qali main Fitness Club or else online.

If you are new to Health Coaching don’t worry, we can easily explain!
Health Coaching is a client-centered approach to support clients in making lifestyle changes to improve their health and well-being. Ideally this is done prior to any health issue/condition arises. However in cases when this has already occurred, Health Coaching can obviously still help as the Health Coach will act as an intermediary between the medical professionals and the client.

Basically Kenzie as a Health Coach can support you when you are struggling to adapt to any behaviour change, which can be anything like struggling to adhere to a fitness routine, not sticking to any dietary changes, not managing your daily stress levels, not getting enough sleep, feeling drained and overwhelmed in your daily life etc. Basically she can help with anything which is not allowing you to live a happy and healthy lifestyle.

The intriguing part? YOU are the one in control! YOU will chose your reason, YOU will set your goals, and YOU will set the action plan, as nobody knows yourself better then you do! So get ready to be in driver’s seat, and Kenzie will support you along the way, as you take charge of your sustainable journey to a happier, healthier you.

Sessions are available both online and at 24/7 Fitness Club in Ta’ Qali.
