DIRECTIONS FOR USE
The serving size is 1/2 scoop (33g).
Mix one serving in 500 ml water and shake vigorously.
Take one serving a day, during exercise to replenish carbohydrates, fluid and electrolytes (minerals). It can also be used 30-60 minutes prior to activity to provide pre-workout carb- and fluid- loading, or post-workout to help restore muscle glycogen stores. WARNING: Keep out of reach of children!
