Known for her flexible and supportive coaching style, Sarah adapts every session to suit each individual’s needs, abilities, and mindset. She believes the gym should be an encouraging and enjoyable space where clients feel comfortable, understood, and supported — both physically and mentally. Her goal is to help clients build confidence, develop consistency, and gain the knowledge needed to eventually train independently and sustainably. ✨
Her coaching is strongly grounded in education and evidence-based practice. Sarah holds a Physical Education Intermediate qualification and an A-Level in Home Economics, building a solid foundation in movement, health, and nutrition from an early stage. She completed a three-year degree in Physical Activity and Sport at the University of Malta and later pursued a Master’s in Teaching and Learning (PE). During her university studies, she also obtained her professional Personal Training qualification to further specialise within the fitness industry.
